He was charged with the crime of distribution of prescription medication. Detectives obtained evidence that Hudson sold prescription medication to an undercover operative in Jena, LA. Based on the evidence, a warrant was obtained for Hudson’s arrest. He was booked into the LaSalle Parish Jail on one count of distribution of CDS IV, Alprazolam.
Sheriff Franklin commended his narcotic detectives for their professional investigation in each of these cases, and for their diligence in combating the narcotic problem in the parish. “I again urge citizens in the parish to become involved when they suspect illegal activities going on near their homes and report that activity to the sheriff’s office,” he said. “We investigate every complaint submitted to us, and many times they lead to further investigation, resulting in narcotic arrests.”
